Just lay back,
close your eyes
and breathe – slowly
Let go of everything,
every thought
stop existing for a while
Just relax and
inhale the scent of green
tickling your nose
Sigh and become one
with the clouds
dancing in the sky
Just lie very still,
no muscle tensed and
let the sun kiss your skin
You don't need to think
simply be there for a while
and enjoy the feeling
of 'life'
